With a hands-on management approach and a commitment to building generational wealth, he oversees all operations across the company's multiple business divisions including transitional housing, travel services, wholesale, and e-commerce. Demetrius is passionate about creating pathways for underserved communities and believes that stable housing is the foundation of lasting personal and economic transformation.
